Is there a pumpdotfam token?
No. There is no token, no presale, no allowlist, no airdrop, no "official" contract address. Anyone showing you one is running the exact scam this game is about.
Yes, you'll see $FAM inside the game — "the house's own coin," tradeable in Fantom Wallet. It is a fictional in-game asset on a fictional chain called Zol Mainnet. It has no contract, no chain, and no existence outside the game. If you find one for sale anywhere, it is not ours.
Canon is deliberate here: if a real-world coin ever existed, it would be optional, separate from gameplay, and never promised in advance. The project thesis is proof of culture — make the game good enough that people show up for the game.
Is it free?
Yes. The pre-alpha is free to play in a browser, and it's free with no asterisk — no trial, no wallet connect, no card. Monetization is deferred until the game earns real traction, and would be cosmetics-grade if it ever arrives. No pay-to-win.
Can I earn real money, or cash anything out?
No. Dollaz and Zol are game currencies. They have no cash value, no exchange rate, and no redemption path — winning the whole casino gets you numbers in a fictional operating system and nothing else. Read how the economy works if you want the design detail.
Do I need a crypto wallet?
No, and you should never connect one. The game never touches a blockchain, never asks for a seed phrase, and never needs a signature. Fantom Wallet is an in-game parody app that lives inside the fictional Phomo OS — it holds fictional coins.
Is this gambling?
No. Nothing is wagered and nothing is won, because nothing in the game converts to money in either direction. It's a game about the psychology of the casino — which is a very different thing from being one.
Is any of this financial advice?
Emphatically not. Every market, chart, ticker, trader and receipt in pumpdotfam is invented. Any resemblance to a real token or a real trade is satire or coincidence.

Pre-alpha means the spine is playable and the flesh is arriving. Today that's the front door, the 3D basement, Phomo OS on laptop or phone, the ChaseBags bank, and Fantom Wallet — where Buy and Sell already work across a 20-asset roster with live coin charts.
The pumpdotfam markets app, the callout system, the NPC trader ecology, the AI Director, social apps and the neighborhood are not in the build yet. They're design canon and active development — the roadmap keeps that list honest.

Do I need an account?
No. Continue as Guest starts immediately with no email, and your guest identity persists in that browser — closing the tab doesn't erase you.
An account (email, Google, or a magic link) is optional. It moves your save onto the server ledger so it follows you across devices.
If I play as a Guest and register later, do I lose everything?
No — that's the whole point of the design. Registering migrates your guest save into the new account rather than starting you over. Walk in anonymous, sign your name later, keep the run. See Start here for the step-by-step.
Where is my progress stored?
On the server, signed, in a save ledger — not in a cookie that clears itself. Save endpoints require authentication, and the payload carries world and progression state only: authentication secrets and session tokens are deliberately excluded from it.
Will my pre-alpha save survive to launch?
That's the goal wherever migration is safe — but this is pre-alpha and schemas still move. A future release may require a reset if carrying old state forward would corrupt the world or weaken a security boundary. If that happens, it'll be said out loud rather than discovered.
What devices does it run on?
A browser — no download, no install, no store. It's tested on desktop, portrait mobile and short-landscape mobile. Desktop gives the widest view of the basement; the Phomo apps adapt across orientations.

The characters, coins, handles, wallets, addresses and events are fictional. No real person or real market is meant to be represented; resemblance is satire or coincidence unless canon says otherwise.
Why memecoin culture? Because it's a dense setting for stories about ambition, loyalty, attention, manipulation, money anxiety and internet identity — and it lets the game enjoy the absurdity while still showing the consequences.

Why does the old build look bigger than this one?
Because it was, briefly. The v0.11 line had a dozen Phomo apps, a 35-market ledger and a 100-trader ecology — and on 2026-08-13 it was deliberately retired for a clean rebuild on a stronger spine. Screenshots of it still circulate. Everything real from that era comes back through the roadmap, tested this time.
How do I know what build I'm playing?
The build number is on the login screen, and the game serves it from its own health endpoint. This wiki quotes that number rather than a marketing one — right now, 0.22.0.
When does it launch?
No date. The roadmap publishes order, not dates, because order is a promise a small team can actually keep. Features land when their tests pass and their numbers are honest.
I found a bug. Where does it go?
Report it through the channel where you got the demo, or the socials in the footer. Include your device, browser, the build number, which screen or app you were in, and the steps that reproduce it. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.
⚠️ The one rule that matters outside the game
Never send money, seed phrases, private keys or real wallet credentials to anything claiming to be pumpdotfam — a token, a presale, a mint, a "verification", an airdrop, a support DM. The game does not need them and will never ask.
The only official front door is pumpdotfam.meme. If it costs money, it isn't us.
