pumpdotfam is in pre-alpha (build 0.22.0). This page tells you exactly what exists when you walk in — no trailer talk, no promises dressed as features.

The run

Five things happen.

1 The door Open pumpdotfam.meme. Create an account (email, Google, or a magic link) — or press Continue as Guest and skip all of it. Live

2 The basement You spawn in a 3D render of your mom's basement — the root layer of the whole game. Walk around. Take it in. This is your kingdom. Live

3 The laptop Use the laptop and Phomo OS boots — the game's fictional operating system, with a desktop, notifications, a Task Manager and a six-app dock. While you're on it, your character stays put (movement locks so the room doesn't drift under you). On a phone, Phomo boots straight into portrait. Live

4 The money Open ChaseBags for the boring money and Fantom for the dangerous kind. Coin pages have live charts; Buy and Sell already work. Fund Fantom is the bridge between the two. Live

5 Leave, or lock Leave stands you up and returns control of the room. Lock does the same but keeps your session ready. Device on, device off — the physical world is always what you come back to. Live

Identity

Guest now,
account whenever.

The login screen means what it says: start now, register later.

Guest — one click, no email. Your guest identity persists in that browser, so coming back tomorrow works. Register later without losing it.

Account — your progress is saved on the server ledger and follows you across devices. If you started as a Guest, the build migrates that guest save into your new account instead of throwing it away.

House rule the code enforces: your save lives on the server, signed — not in a cookie that clears itself the night you finally catch a pump.

🚧 Honestly not built yet

The pumpdotfam markets app, the callout system, the NPC trader ecology, the AI Director, social apps like ClipClop, NPCs walking around, the neighborhood, multiplayer. All of it is design canon or in active development — see the roadmap for what's actually moving.

Pre-alpha means exactly this: the spine is playable, the flesh is arriving. If a screenshot elsewhere on this wiki shows more than the list above, it's labeled concept — art of where the game is going, not where it is.
